Ashton Lugo appointed commis chef

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Ashton Lugo who joined us 10 months ago as a kitchen porter and is now a full time commis chef with Flag of Suffolk.

We have been so impressed with Ashton’s drive, keeness to learn and he has a true passion for food.  Many congratulations Ashton, well deserved!
